On the 1st Monday of each month the street department will pick up debris from the city residents. Residents should call before that day and let the street department know.

STREET DEPARTMENT:

Springtime is a very busy time for the street department.  We have been landscaping the flowerbeds in front of the bank with new shrubs and plants. We also have been spraying herbicide and doing cutbacks along the roadside. Drainage cleaning around town had recently been done.  With summer on the way there will be mowing and weed eating to be done.  Very busy time ahead.
